Akaishi Dojo
The Akaishi Dojo in South Denver is overseen by Sensei Dave Nettles. Dave
holds a Shoden Mokuroku teaching license in Shindo Yoshin ryu issued by
Kaicho Toby Threadgill. Dave comes to the Shindo Yoshin Kai with extensive
experience in Nihon Budo as he is also the president and technical director
of the Japan Aikido Association/USA, a national non-profit organization
affiliated with the Japan Aikido Association headquartered in Tokyo,
Japan. In this capacity, he is charged with the responsibility of running
the organization's business office and conducting seminars throughout the
nation.
The Shindo Yoshin Kai is honored to have Sensei Nettles join the ranks of
licensed TSYR instructors. The Shindo Yoshin Kai is further honored by the
cooperative relations it enjoys with the Japan Aikido Association USA and
its Chairman, Seiji Tanaka, 8th dan.
